Nicole Washington is a dedicated social worker, ordained elder, and inspiring servant-leader, deeply committed to the belief that true healing, purpose, and personal growth emerge when faith is paired with practical support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counseling from Pillar College and a Master of Social Work degree from Howard University, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to make a profound impact on the lives of those she serves. 

Currently serving as a Senior Program Director, Nicole has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate leadership and advocacy. Her heart for service is deeply rooted in her faith and her love for helping people discover who they are and who God has called them to be. 

Licensed as a minister in 2004 and ordained as an elder in 2015, Nicole brings spiritual insight, professional expertise, and lived experience to her work. She is committed to walking alongside others as they heal, grow, and step fully into their God-given purpose.
