The Parenting Table: Quarterly Edition
Our quarterly workshops are designed to equip, empower, and uplift parents at every stage of their journey. Held in January, April, June, and November, these interactive sessions provide practical tools, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you navigate parenting with confidence and clarity.
Each experience focuses on key areas such as:

- Mental and emotional wellness
